Susan Parker
I am a lifelong resident of White
County and began selling real estate 10
years ago. My expertise is in both
residential and commercial real estate. I
have been a consistent top producer
and have participated in a variety of real
estate contract transactions including
commercial free standing buildings,
industrial warehouses, shopping
centers, restaurants, multi family
properties and single family residences.
As an owner of multi unit commercial
properties, vacation rental properties
and residential rental properties, I also

Chattahoochee National Forest. In our spare time Scot and I enjoying gardening and tending
to our honeybees and animals including a horse, a jersey cow and a small flock of chickens. I
also enjoy working in my pottery shop, attending our kids' many sporting events, traveling and
most of all just spending time with my wonderful family.
